Description

Escabeche is a dish of poached or fried fish (or meat) that is marinated and cooked in an acidic, vinegar-based sauce, often enhanced with vegetables like carrots, bell peppers, and onions, as well as aromatics such as ginger, garlic, and peppercorns.
