Description

Eba is a staple Nigerian "swallow" food made by mixing garri (dried, grated fermented cassava flakes) with hot water to form a firm, malleable dough. It has a slightly sour, tangy taste and a granular texture, usually served in ball shapes and dipped into thick, rich soups such as egusi, okro, or ewédú.
